Whisper

Hush now,
did you hear?
A whisper calling out my name.
It came bot from the sun,
nor the clear blue sky.
It came from the darkness
of this cold night.

Silence!
I heard it again.
His words so soft but clear.
He says he comes from the land of the dead
to take me where i most fear.

He did not explain.
Why he chose me he didnt say.
He just came and took my hand.
He works in silence,
thats just his way.
'cause nobody understands.
