In the Heart of the Storm (A Orleans Premonition)
Moving on while time is passing you by
Curtains fluttering down from the burning skies
Greener the grass, and brighter the sky
Calm is the breeze off the basking beach
The wondering rocks that are thrown into the ocean
Cliffs on the declining shore suddenly catch notice
Mischiefly as the sun is glowing on the ground
So then the sea shells are glistening
Dark is the moon after the sun dies
Stars in your face, the only image you see
The sun was a representation of what was to come
Raining down its ambassadors of light
The pulsating waves are increasing in anger
The boats in the harbor become the unknown
Who will apprehend the oceans hard thrust
When the cliffs are gone to catch its open punch
Over the contaminate cliffs, beyond the oceans grasp
The palm trees pitter and patter, will be dead at last
Torment of the typhoon, the impression moves on
Killing all in its path, in the heart of the storm
Who are the ones who linger on
And bury themselves on the oceans black floor
The sea of salt, crying down from above
Happier, more serene, and entirely blameless
When the clock struck 12, the pedals fell to the floor
Reasoning of the enigmatic anger, continues on
After the strike, the daylight comes out to fight
The dusk till dawn, laughs away into the calm
The dead rock that punches the light to the sky
The dead cliffs only wanting to be alive
The dead sea shells with their broken hearts
The dead water only required the love of salt
The dead star, the fallen orb in the sky
The dead breeze, no more flowing in your hair
The dead sun, it will never to be the same
The dead storm, it will once more come again
